Course information displayed on this website is provided as a guide only. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not guarantee enrolment until Shamrock Training confirms your place.

Students may be required to provide identification, meet entry requirements, complete enrolment forms, provide prior qualifications where required, and satisfy assessment requirements before receiving a course outcome.

For some courses, students may need to apply separately to the relevant authority after assessment to obtain a licence. Any government application process, fee or timeframe is separate from Shamrock Training unless otherwise stated.

5. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Course fees, payment terms, cancellation conditions and refund eligibility may vary depending on the course and booking type.

Refunds may not be available where a student:

- fails to attend a scheduled course;

- withdraws after the required cancellation period;

- does not meet entry or identification requirements;

- does not complete required pre-course work;

- is deemed not yet competent after assessment; or

- is removed from training due to unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Where a refund is requested, Shamrock Training will assess the request based on the circumstances, course status, notice provided and any applicable consumer law requirements. Students and employers should confirm the applicable payment, cancellation and refund terms before booking.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for ensuring they:

- provide accurate personal and enrolment information;

- attend training on time;

- bring required identification and course documents;

- complete any required pre-course study or assessments;

- follow trainer instructions and safety procedures;

- behave respectfully toward trainers, staff and other students;

- wear suitable clothing and personal protective equipment where required; and

- notify Shamrock Training of any medical, language, literacy, numeracy or support needs that may affect training or assessment.

Shamrock Training may refuse participation where a student does not meet course requirements or presents a safety risk.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. Shamrock Training makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the website materials for any particular purpose.
